The hotel is located on the incomparable Via Tragara, offering excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view of Capri. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature large balconies. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, although some encounters might be less than expected. Dining options are average, but improvements are needed. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and perfect for my family of four. We enjoyed the excellent privacy as we were the only ones at our level. The view of both land and sea from our room was simply lovely. The staff was amazing, very accommodating, and made our experience truly special. The location was superb, close to everything but away from the busy crowds. However, the dining experience, although the location was great, was hampered by bees. Overall, a great value for money with modern amenities and a friendly atmosphere.
